Surfray is pleased to announce availability of places on the Surfray Product Advisory Board. A selection of customers will be asked to provide in scoping the feature set for Ontolica for SharePoint 2010.
The Advisory Board is intended to provide a channel for discussion to create new product features for Surfray’s products. The SPAB is divided into product groups.
Customers and implementation partners are closest to where our software is used, and the Advisory Board provides a channel for them to provide feedback on early versions of the software.
Online meetings will be scheduled regularly and questionnaires sent to customers about possible features and requirements. Also unsolicited feedback is always welcome.
Participation in the Advisory Board is open only to SurfRay customers and partners.
The board will meet approximately once a month, although with increasing frequency toward product releases, to make sure all feature requests are properly addressed and members are involved in the development process.
