Partnerships are a key part of SurfRay’s business model for product distribution and customer services. Our partner model consist of two types of partners; distirbutors and resellers.
Distributors are business partners that act on behalf of SurfRay in a specific geographic region to build reseller network, direct sales and deliver first level customer support. The relationship is tight and typically mutually exclusive for the territory.
Resellers resell our products to end-customers and are typically system integrators or value added resellers of technology solutions including MicroSoft partners, SharePoint solution providers and web site agencies. Our reseller program consist of two types of partnerships:
Registered resellers register with SurfRay and sign a reseller partner agreement
Gold resellers enter into a subscription-based agreement with SurfRay and receive a higher service level agreement on support and expanded licenses
