Besides flexible search, Surfray offers comprehensive analysis based on users' searches, as well as a complete toolset that allows for fine-tuning search over time. Surfray's complete solution is available for our hosted customers. Based on your site design and requirements, IdlesSurf or MondoSearch is set up by us, and you receive URLs and logins for MondoSearch administration, BehaviorTracking and InformationManager (all browser-based and with single-point login). This means you maintain full control over your search solution, and can study your site visitors' behavior and fine-tune the engine, while systems management and search engine maintenance is dealt with remotely.

When hosted remotely, MondoSearch runs on a server outside the company - managed by either Surfray or one of its partners. Surfray guarantees 99,5 % up-time. MondoSearch's crawler indexes the pages on your Web site and stores every word from every page in a database on the remote server. When a Web user activates the search field on a company's Web site, the request is directed to the remote server, which compares the search word with the indexes in the database. It then finds the relevant links, sorts them and sends the relevant information back to the user. |
Support for Hosted Search
Surfray offers two levels of service - to make sure you get the support you need, when wanting to implement changes or need a re-indexing of your site outside of schedule. The number of pages on your web site determines the setup-fee and monthly fee.
